Track apps within the Kanban-styled dashboard to better manage and visualize progress and todos. Ensure that no job app slips through the cracks.
As part of summer internships with the Salesforce Sales Cloud Performance Engineering team, I expanded visualization and analysis tools to gather performance metrics in order to prevent performance regressions. DepressionSense tries to predict whether a given day is a workday or not for a given person based on data collected from their phone. The passive mobile phone data was collected by the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies at Northwestern University from 208 people over about six weeks.
Fitgift is a hybrid mobile app to motivate people to get fit. Pick and charge your credit card for a prize from Amazon, which won’t be received until the fitness goal is met. Once achieved, one press ships the prize to your address and sends a text message to loved ones about your success. The app was developed during Northwestern’s WildHacks.
PlanIt is a hybrid mobile app that helps a traveler get suggestions and tips for travel plans from locals in the area or other users who are in the PlanIt app community. The traveler can then customize his itinerary by picking from the suggestions and tips.
Mobile Apps and Security project to expand the AppShield app and research developed by Professor Chen and his graduate students. The AppShield project included adding authenication, remote wiping, remote security updates, and long polling functionality to the Android app.

Studying abroad in London helped me gain a different perspective in learning Computer Science. This included creating an interactive astronomy weather GUI prototype and completing Computer Network labs using Wireshark.
All of this wouldn’t have been possible without my learning at Northwestern and the many other projects I completed here. These include constructing a compiler, creating a game in machine code, adding functionality to the xv6 operating system, running machine learning to make accurate predictions, manipulating public database information to complete a political party map, creating an AI to solve Sudoku, and much more.
